New enquiries receive a generic acknowledgement and then depend entirely on manual follow-up.
Email Marketing
Build timely email journeys for new enquiries, consideration, conversion and retention—so follow-up reflects what each person asked for and what should happen next.
The visible problem is rarely the whole problem.
Before recommending more activity, I look for the point where attention, experience and follow-up stop working together.
Every contact receives the same message regardless of source, interest or stage.
Newsletters are sent irregularly without a clear role in the customer journey.
Open and click reports exist, but the team cannot connect email activity to useful business actions.
Solve the system, not just the symptom.
Each engagement connects strategy and execution, so the work fits the customer journey around it.
Map the lifecycle first
Email is planned around real moments—new enquiry, consideration, onboarding, re-engagement or retention—rather than an isolated list of campaigns.
Match message to intent
Segments, triggers and content reflect what the person requested, where they came from and what decision they are trying to make.
Balance automation and people
Routine guidance and reminders can be automated while important replies and high-intent conversations remain visible to the right person.
Measure the next action
Reporting focuses on movement through the journey, not open rate alone, with links to the website, CRM or sales process where appropriate.

Clear decisions at every stage.
Map intent and stages
Define why contacts enter the list, what they need at each stage and which actions indicate progress.
Design the sequence
Choose triggers, timing, branches and human handoffs before writing individual emails.
Write and build
Develop useful messages, calls to action and responsive layouts that remain consistent with the wider brand journey.
Connect and test
Configure the agreed platform, data fields and automations, then test links, timing, consent and fallback paths.
Learn from behaviour
Review engagement and downstream actions to improve subject lines, content, timing and segmentation.

Questions worth answering early.
01Can you work with my current email platform?+
Usually, yes. I first review the platform, list quality, forms, fields and integrations. If the current tool cannot support the required lifecycle or reporting, I will explain the limitation before recommending a change.
02Do you write the email copy?+
Yes. Sequence strategy and copy can be included together so each message has a clear purpose, context and next step. Brand inputs, offer details and any regulated claims must be supplied or approved by your team.
03Can you clean or use an existing contact list?+
I can help review segmentation and list health, but contacts should only be messaged where the business has an appropriate permission and lawful basis. Purchased or unclear lists are not a sound foundation for the programme.
04How do we measure whether email is working?+
Opens and clicks are useful diagnostic signals, not the whole result. Measurement should also reflect replies, bookings, qualified actions, onboarding progress or retention behaviour appropriate to the sequence.
Your follow-up should feel timely, not automated for its own sake.
Show me how leads enter your business and what happens next. I’ll help identify the first lifecycle sequence worth building.
