CRM & Automation

Connect forms, campaign data, lead ownership and follow-up into a practical operating system—so opportunities do not disappear between inboxes, spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

Does this sound familiar?

The visible problem is rarely the whole problem.

Before recommending more activity, I look for the point where attention, experience and follow-up stop working together.

01

Leads arrive through forms, WhatsApp, ads and email but no one has one reliable view of them.

02

Ownership is unclear, so follow-up is delayed or duplicated.

03

Teams spend time copying data between tools while important exceptions remain unnoticed.

04

Reports show marketing activity but cannot explain what happened after the enquiry.

How Wayne Omni helps

Solve the system, not just the symptom.

Each engagement connects strategy and execution, so the work fits the customer journey around it.

CRM & Automation

Create one lead journey

I map where leads enter, which information matters, who owns the next action and how each stage should be defined.

CRM & Automation

Design a useful source of truth

CRM fields, statuses and views are kept practical so the team can maintain them and reporting reflects how work actually happens.

CRM & Automation

Automate the repeatable handoffs

Notifications, assignments, reminders and sequences reduce manual gaps without hiding important conversations behind automation.

CRM & Automation

Keep exceptions visible

Fallbacks, overdue actions and manual override points are designed deliberately so the system remains accountable when reality changes.

A useful fit

Built for teams that need clarity before more complexity.

What the engagement creates

Make every lead visible, owned and easier to follow through.

What it should improve
  • Clearer lead ownership and status
  • Shorter gaps between enquiry and response
  • Less duplicate data entry
  • More useful full-funnel reporting
Typical deliverables
  • Lead-source and handoff audit
  • Funnel stages and responsibility map
  • CRM field, status and view architecture
  • Lead routing, notification and reminder rules
  • Email or WhatsApp workflow specification
  • Analytics and attribution requirements
  • Testing, documentation and team handover

The final scope is shaped around the constraint, current tools and the team responsible for maintaining the work.

Before we start

Questions worth answering early.

01Do I need a new CRM?

Not necessarily. The first step is to review your current tools and workflow. A simpler configuration of what you already use may be more valuable than adding another platform. A migration is recommended only when the existing setup cannot support the required ownership or data flow.

02What can be automated?

Common candidates include lead capture, source tagging, assignment, notifications, reminders, acknowledgement emails and lifecycle sequences. Qualification decisions, sensitive conversations and unusual cases usually need clear human ownership.

03Can you connect website forms, ads and WhatsApp?

These sources can often be connected or at least captured in a consistent workflow. The exact method depends on the platforms, available APIs, consent requirements and whether WhatsApp is used through a suitable business setup.

04Will automation replace my sales or service team?

No. The goal is to remove avoidable admin work and make the next action visible. Important judgment, relationship-building and exceptions should remain with people who have the right context.

Start with the constraint

If a lead can disappear, the workflow is not finished.

Walk me through what happens after an enquiry. I’ll help map the gaps, ownership and first automation worth implementing.
